I have a new router which was installed by your engineer about 2 months ago. It has been very sporadic on and off, I have to reconnect multiple times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I switch the tv on and off, I switch the hub on and off. I am getting very frustrated.
could some one please assist and please don't send me a series of self help articles. I'd like a real person. Thanks
