Wi-Fi problem

I have three devices in this household phones and iPad and although the sky website has checked everything and says it's ok it also says there is a problem with equipment. I cannot download apps as it says I have no Internet connection! It takes ages to connect to WhatsApp and messages downloaded but not pictures

Have you tried a reboot of your broadband hub ?

Yes rebooted several times
