Wi-Fi not working

WiFi doesn't appear to be working again.

Despite switching off and running a test online you say the connect is working!

@DH51 Do you mean the WiFi in your home is not working or the hub has lost its connection to the exchangetheyvare two differentent things? The online checker takes time to identify the latter but the most obvious symptom is the lights on the hub changing.
