Wi-Fi loading issues

My Wi-Fi has been quite slow at loading websites, and even crashing and not loading them. Meaning I'm switching to 4G to load things which is extremely inconvenient given the price I am paying for the Wi-Fi. I have carried out all the home tips and run tests and nothing is improving
