Wi-Fi keeps dropping out

I had this wifi installed last Thursday and since it's been in I've had issues with it dropping out. When it happens it only drops out for around 10seconds but it's doing it constantly. I went for this offer as it said 9x faster than my EE broadband (which didn't ever drop out, it was just slightly slow)! Please can this be looked at as soon as possible as this is not what I signed up for, it's worse than what I already had.

We are customers on here so can't suggest anything other than try this:

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
