Wi-Fi issues

Hello. We have just had Sky broadband and TV installed. The wifi is not working as we as our previous provider and often work MS teams meetings for both myself and my partner freeze for short periods. I've had to move rooms for some meetings when the signal keeps dropping. I'm tying on my phone right now which is connecting via 4G as there is no signal in my home office. Can you help please
