Wi-Fi issue

My Wi-Fi box is on a slow blinking green light and I have tried turning it on and off but nothing is happening and my service checker says it's fine, what should I do ?

@Conna91 Use a mobile connection and run the service checker, but if it has just happened then sky just may not be aware yet! Then diagnostic's is your next test!
