Wi-Fi is terrible

The wifi update speed for my PC has been stuck at 7MBPS! that is ridiculously slow. How can this be addressed and fixed by you guys?

@Alexperring04 Afraid the Forum is not sky service so you are getting no fix by posting on it at all, to get a fix you would need to call sky direct, dial 150 from your landline phone, not sure what the opening period is for the holiday's but other day's it is 8am to 8pm!

7Mbps or 7MBPS? 

 

The latter is the same as 56Mbs because there are eight bits in one Byte.

 

The Steam app in particular typically shows speed in bytes rather than bits.
