Since I have been given this new router the sky broadband is terrible I've been on 3/4 times now they sent me 2 boosters and still the devices are slow and won't load and even cuts out and says no connection. Our old router an package ways better this is terrible

So that Sky can understand why so many customers are having issue with the new Sky hub and pods I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
