Wi-Fi intermittent fault

Our Wi-Fi keeps intermittently not working, we watch a lot of streaming through a Roku connected to our TV and we can’t watch anything when this happens, the same issue is affecting our Sky Q box so we know it's not the Roku that's faulty

I have exactly the same problem! 
all the tests on the app come back ok, but I cannot watch live tv as it cuts out constantly.

I work from home and calls constantly drop on Teams and trying to stream anything is a nightmare! I often turn the WiFi off on my phone otherwise it doesnt work or takes ages! Not ideal as now I am paying for extra data each month 😞
