I have not been able to us my internet on my computer or stream on my TV since monday.i have reset

I have no Internet since Monday I can not stream on my TV or use the Internet on my computer to access my email or do searches. I have restarted my router and re my modem on the computer and it keeps saying that there is no signal. Sky,s site says that my signal is OK but below what should be .please investigate why I have no signal

@Lorraine07 Unfortunately no-one here can investigate for you, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers, you will need to call Sky to report the fault.
