@Philmc5  Is it out in the open and not either on a window sill being heated up by the sun or sat on top of another heat generating device such as a TV?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi. No the unit Is not on a window sill or in a confined area. It is away from other electrical devices such as TV etc..

It has only in the last month started getting so warm .  Aware that current heatwave will not help, but issue was there prior to this.

@Philmc5 if tge hub is getting hot as opposed to warm (ie you cant keep your hand on it) call Sky to get the unit swapped out.

Yes, the unit is out in the open, not on window sill, or being affected by other electrical devices,
