I have exactly the same issue with my black internet box. Very frustrating as only just come back to sky and majorly disappointed so far. We have sky stream and it's constantly disconnecting so my kids can't even watch a film.

Keep doing new broadband test but says there is no issue

@KP27  Have you had any drops in the Wi-fi in the past 3 hours and 27 minutes since the last router re-start?

 

Do you have G.fast broadband or actual fibre?

I'm still having the connection issues.  As far as I know I have fibre. 

Never had any issues until the start of this week.
