The Wi-Fi drops out so if I'm listening to the radio in the kitchen it cuts out and Alexa says it's not conected .
The television picture goes bad and then loses connection so there isn't a picture so I turn everything off at the plug and it comes back .

@Tommy+sand If you have the full sky max package then you may just need a pod to enhance the wireless wi-fi signal around the property, but to get one you do need to call sky, details all about are below, so take a read!

@Tommy+sand The only other thing to do is look at the WPA value you have set on the hub with your app, WPA3 or -T, may be it's default and WPA2-PSK may be better operation for your devices.
