Wi-Fi dropping out and slow

Have had no issues with Wi-Fi for the past 3 years. I have had high speed and no drop outs. In the past few months, it's been dropping out and it's much slower (used to be roughly 10Mb/s and now it's 3-4Mb/s). The price has also gone up! Help.
