Redemption fee

When I transferred to Sky broadband I was still in contract with my old supplier. I was told my redemption fee would be refunded to me but, despite asking, I have not bewen told how to do it. Any ideas? And why is it so difficult to talk to a human that actually works at Sky, terrible customer services!

Sky would only pay up to £100 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit
