Wi-Fi dripping out

Recently signed up for sky broadband. Since installation most devices dripping out or very slow to load content. 
when running broadband checks it's showing as good line speed, good connection to the hub . Can't seem to improve it. Got an extender but it hasn't made much diffeeence
