Wi-Fi down

Hello, I've tried to reset my wifi as it went down about an hour ago. I did the sky check and it said there's no problems in the area and it's working, but it's not. It says on the tv it's a network connection down. I had an engineer out today, for both tv and WiFi and it was working fine but it's stopped and when I tried to do the step by step it said at the end that I'd have to have an engineer out again. I've got a mini tv box but that's not plugged in yet. Only using wifi and big sky tv box. The tv is working, but no wifi

Also, check there are no current outages in your area;
