Wi-Fi down AND getting a weird certificate error
No connection at all. Service checker is telling me it's all good even when the router is unplugged and obviously not connected!
I tried reconnecting to my WiFi and I get a warning error about the certificate saying someone is impersonating the sky website.
chatbot goes round in circles and helpline is closed!

Re: Wi-Fi down AND getting a weird certificate error
It could be overnight maintenance taking place.
If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
