I brought full fibre 500 and am receiving 90mb/s download

I have just brought and recieved Full Fibre 500, i have reached speeds of up to 500 already, fibre is working however i have a daily average speed of 250mb. Every morning my wifi speed seems capped/limited to below 100mb/s. First time this happened i reset my wifi and it fixed back up to 450mbs.

 

I reset it again this morning after recieving around the same speeds of 90mbs and has not resolved the problem. 

 

Anyone got any ideas?

Found out theres a fault with my landline that the open reach box is attached to.

As the name suggests, 'Full Fibre 500' is speed over the optical cable, not WiFi.

Connection to my hub through the sky app is 90mb/s. My ethernet devices are 90mb/s. Not just wifi.

You'll need to log a fault with Sky: based on those figures there's something gone wrong in that optical circuit or the ethernet link to the Sky Hub (unless perhaps the area has chronic contention issues)

Ive called them 2 times. Ive been told to wait 30 days due to openreach or something like that, which is when my minimum term ends. Which if im not mistaken will just solidify me being stuck into this contract which has been faulty since the start

@Jess+lloyd Waiting on your pictures to be cleared to have a look see, when the sky Hub drops back speed wise the next time, and you have checked and speed tested so you know it is low, could you leave the hub powered up, just remove the Ethernet connection on the wan of the hub, wait 30 seconds then back on, let the hub settle and get back on the ONT network, once it's back online do a speed test at that point both direct via the PC connected on the Ethernet connection and through your MySky app if that is what you are using to see what the results are!

 

Not sure what sky Hub you have as you do not say, may be able to determine once pics are cleared for viewing.

Sky max hub i have. Ive done a full reset holding the button for 30 seconds. Still nothing. But ill try unplugging and waiting with the ethernet to the box now. The pics are just speed tests and daily averages

@Jess+lloyd Sky Max hub is done Factory reset via the WPS button! Sending you a PM.

 

Have a run with this speed test program from cloudflare it is very detailed. Good to run on wireless and wired connections so you can see how different they are.

@Jess+lloyd Would try a ONT power off and leave for a minute, once all back on speed test again!

@Jess+lloyd  Your pictures all cleared now so it does say you have the Full Fibre 500 package, so just not getting either the throughput conntention, Fibre to the ONT, in etc leave it and see when Aug16th picture updates, if back up at the 500 then conntention!
