Wi-Fi connectivity

We were connected to fibre broadband about a couple of weeks ago, since then our connection quality has reduced.
previously we rarely had a problem with connectivity, now our sky glass often buffers or cuts out and loses connection and we have noticed a significant reduction in speed when using WiFi on other devices with it regularly dropping out for short periods of time which is frustrating.
we were sold fibre as an improvement to service speed and quality but we have seen a reduction in service and quality.
can you help

@Dean178

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
