Wi-Fi connection to android phone keeps disconnecting

I have Sky superfast broadband, There are 2 android phones in the house and both try to connect to Wi-Fi and fail, both display "disabled".A laptop connected to the same wi-Fi is fine.I have tried reset of phones. Also I have connected to the router to check/change its settings and cannot log on as Admin.

Check your settings for Sky Shield/Protect within the MySky app. We've got a couple of Android phones connected to WiFi without issue. 

Also, check your WiFi settings within Android on the devices
