Wi-Fi connection cannot be established
I cannot get a WiFi connection. I have ran all diagnostics, turned the devices off and unplugged them, left them disconnected for 5 minutes then plugged them back in and switched them all on. Still no connection. Diagnostic said looks all good, still no connection. Can't connect my phone to WiFi. None of my WiFi devices are connecting to WiFi. Please advise, thanks.

I've had to book an engineer to fix the problem from outside my property. You may need to do the same. You'll need to run the diagnostic from the Sky app. It's a step by step guide. If I managed then I'm sure you will too, good luck.
