Broadband drops out daily

Hi, for a number of weeks ( since the upgrade ) , our broadband drops out around once a day, it requires a reboot or wait 2/3 mins for router to reconnect.. this is extremely frustrating as sometimes working from home on a teams call, or watching something on sky glass. Please can you check our line for drop outs? Recent drop out was 915pm today ( 5th Aug ) Thank you
