Wi-Fi calling using Three mobile on sky max hub. Phone says it's connected for Wi-Fi calling but when you dial out you hear nothing (no dialling or ringing) however call does connect because person on other end can hear you but you cannot hear them. Similarly, if someone calls me phone apparently goes straight to voicemail without ringing. This happens on both android and iOS . If these phones connect to a friends hub (non sky) they work perfectly. What's going on? Tried all the usual stuff, but nothing seems to make any difference

A sky technician on this community took up the challenge. He was brilliant. In the end the networks team did some remote updates to my hub and after 3 attempts (and 3 days) they got it sorted. No idea what these updates were but it works!
