Re: Wi-Fi calling IPhone 15 pro 18.2

Hi Addie 15,

was there any update on a reply from sky regarding the issues with ios18.2 and wifi calling in regards to any solution to the problem? Ive been in contact with sky and a customer service person requested i changed my hub security from default (3) to (2). This has not made any difference. The problem i have is receiving and making calls with wifi calling turned ON on my phone. When wifi calling is off all is good except when indoors as cellular signal is not the best and fluctuates between no signal and just one bar of signal!! Thanks

Re: Wi-Fi calling IPhone 15 pro 18.2

Ive been onto Three, Sky and Apple latter no point in the end ive bought  Skype package.

very poor support based in Snowdonia wifi calling is our only method of making calls. Sky wanted £16 per month for calls plus charges Skype only wanted £3 including 400 minutes 👍
