Wi-Fi Speed

Hi

I have 500Mbps that comes into my property and tests at approx that speed.

When I test it in the next room it drops to approx. 200Mbps and if I move into the main TV room it drops to below 100Mbps.

It shows on my Firestick plugged into my main TV consistantly under 100Mbps

Any ideas, thanks.

Well, yes, because WiFi attenuates through walls: it's always zero Mbs not far outside the property for example.  Maybe keep in mind that streaming UHD only requires 30Mbs at most.
