I upgraded to faster wi-fi a few months ago. Generally OK, but I have noticed that as soon as it starts to rain, the wi-fi drops out and reconnects, often several times, even with light rain. It's usually out for about 30 seconds, but it's a real pain if I'm in a meeting. Didn't have anywhere near as much trouble with my old, slower hub. Can anything be done about this?

Close to my speeds but could be faster. I don't think it would classify as a fault unless you are under you guaranteed minimum speed or your line drops 10 or more times a day

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I've run the broadband test and it's all OK. However, it isn't raining today.

Not really sure what I'm looking for with the stats you're asking for. I followed the link, but it doesn't tell you much. Can you post an example, so I know what I'm looking for, please?

You could run tests from your my sky app and post the info in more about your connection
Also if you want to enter your full postal address below and post the table after removing you address from the image we could see if wbc fttp is available

Thats quite a low guarantee may be a sign that the copper line is starting to deteriorate beyond being economically viable to repair . Unfortunately wbc fttp is unavailable

Sorry, I don't know much about this. Is the copper wire something inside my house or part of the external infrastructure?
