Wi-Fi Connectivity Causing Poor Video Call Quality

I am experiencing an issue with my Wi-Fi connection that is affecting video calls. When connected to Wi-Fi, I am unable to see clear visuals from the other side during calls, and the video appears blurred or disrupted.

I also tried restarting the router, but the problem is still the same.

However, when I turn off Wi-Fi and switch to mobile data, the video and audio work properly. The visuals become clear, and I am able to communicate without any issues.

This problem is not limited to a single application; it occurs across multiple platforms. Based on this, I believe the issue is related to the internet connection.

I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved please.

@Prash you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum. However your issue isxalmost certainly due to poor WiFi coverage which is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
