Wi FI connection....

Hi,

Yesterday an engineer connected my sky wi FI box to my property. When he left there were just two green lights on and that's still the case this morning. 

I do not have any wi FI connection as it stands, could someone please advise me here?

As I am a new Sky wi FI customer I am wondering if my connection hasn't been activated as yet....

@Sheffield61 it does sound like the actuvation of your line has failed so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this checked out. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
