Why is getting support from Sky so hard.

We have had sky fibre fitted a few months ago.

The speed, according to the sky speed checker is fine. the speed on other devices are 30mbps even though the router is kicking out 130mbps, but I think I understand that.

The issue is though.  The connection is constantly dropping off so the VPN on my work laptop kicks me out of teams etc.
When you do a check it says everything is fine.  Yes in that moment it is but the constant split second drop offs are causing issues.

Also, even though the speeds are good on paper, videos are are often laggy.

It like Sky have made it look like its a string signal but its atually diluted somehow.

The first connection drop off I believe is because of a line fault but I cant find a way of asking for this to be checked.

And the other ...  Not a clue
