We joined sky on the 8th Oct and my works VPN connection was totally fine until the Friday 18th Oct, from some Googling it appears the issue is that Map-T 8:1 sharing has now been enabled and I require it to be 1:1 to get a real/usable external ip address (I have disabled sky sheild and enabling upnp as suggested had no effect as its still 8:1) so VPNs can connect.
@Chrisee , @-rpnz- @TimmyBGood tagging you here as i see you have been able to help others; I would be most grateful if this could be escalated to the relevant people please! else will need to cancel before end of cooling off period expires
