Why havent i had the discount taken off on sky broadband

It's showing on my bill that ur charging me £32.50 for sky broadband, I was told cause I revice benefits I wud only have to pay £20

Presumably you are on Universal Credit. If you have applied to have Sky Broadband Basics I'm not sure how long the change over takes. You may have to call Sky to find out.
