Do I need to pay for a booster for my fibre broadband with skyq, been with sky for over 20 years

Can I get a free wifi booster or do I need to pay for one. Got fibre ultrafast and skyq. Have been with sky over 20 years and the booster I have is not compatible with my new equipment

@PyroPDid that booster work with your previous router that you had from Sky before upgrading?

@PyroP

Typically Sky provide booster hardware 'free' under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee part of the Broadband Boost subscription supplement, or to fix Sky Q television problems.

I think this should apply, but note the extremely meager <3Mbs trigger point:

@PyroPYou would need to call Sky so that they can send you a booster for your new router and this will enable you to send back the other booster.
