I am not impressed with your service, yesterday (x5 times) and today (x4 times ) our internet dropped out for half an hour, considering what you advertise and how much I pay a month for this survive, it is a joke, please come back to me so I can cancel my subscription and go to a more reputable and a company that can provide a service that they promote, I have been with you for nearly 22 years, and every year I have seen a decrease in customer service, I have had enough now!!!!!

Any other ISP on the Openreach network would be equally susceptible to the effect of a fault in the circuit to your address: that's inherent to the nature of the national terrestrial broadband infrastructure.
