@Cvy1971 you have posted in the Broadband forum but the normal reason for issues with any video streaming service is a poor data connection particularly if you are using WiFi.

I've recently switched to stream, previously had a dish, I've got the highest speed fibre broadband through by, but every time I watch sky sports football it freezes and then "catches up"... It does it continuously! Making it really difficult to enjoy watching matches. Really wish I'd never switched to stream now!
