I am very fast loosing patience with Sky, just call me, people buy from people, now Live chat with someone working from a script!
I have already done every you suggest, and was in a live chat, and they keep ending the conversation!

I was on a Live Chat, I have tried calling before, either cannot understand what they say, or they read through a script and tell me to do everything I already tried, as far as they are converned I get the speed to the house, which I dont.
The service is terrible, why do I have to chase, I am having to reboot everything weekly and they offer no solution

Edit: our posts crossed and you obviously know how to call Sky.

Yeh I tried all that, dont have a landline anymore, and not having a dig at anyone here, just frustrated 🙂

Why should I have to, the amount we pay they should have far better customer service, unfortunately, even when I spoke to a Sky Technician, they said it wont work, and I have news for you, IT DOES, everything with Skyu is geared toward additional revenue, they should be focused on Customer Care, Retention and Value for Money, not TAKE, TAKE, TAKE

But if you don't want that help as @Daniel0210 pointed out you do know how to contact Sky in regards to the issues you are having.
