Why can't I log in to my router (Sky Max Hub) from a browser on my PC?

I can log into the router using teh MySky app on my phone, but not using a browser on my PC.
When I try to login on from the PC, I get the error message: "Username or password is incorrect!".
Obviously, I have checked over and over again that the name and password are correct.
Any ideas what is going on please?

Are you using the following link using your username and password on the base of the hub ?
