Why are you charging me £38.00 when your sales person quoted me £32.00
You are over charging me for broadband which means you have broken your contract with me you have the conversation on tape so you can check

@Beccles+Road You are not making contact with Sky customer service here, if you have only recently joined then your first couple of bills may be higher due to the period they cover, if you have been a customer for longer than 3 months and your bill is higher than expected you will have to call Sky to see why.
