Whole town without wifi

I have no WiFi in my property. It is also down in the town and surrounding areas. There is not a problem with my equipment.

When I check the service status in my area it says that there is no issue but there is because hundreds of properties in my area still have no WiFi.

Are you in the SY postcode region as reported outages there today?

Not in this bit of SY, but the postcode region (ShrewsburY) does cover the English border to the Irish sea ; )

@MR760  There ae other posts in the community from tah area saying it's down and has been for quite a while so looks to be a outage woth Openreach.

Sky won't do anything as the outage is not showing on their system. Open reach are not doing anything either as there isn't officially a fault! It has been down since 4am and all they are suggesting to everyone who has called them to report loss of WiFi is an engineer visit!

I am in Southampton and my WiFi has been down for the last two days. How can I resolve this??
