Whole road has full fiber but missed me out

Whole road has full fiber but open reach have not connected me and around 10 other houses. I got told full fiber was avaliable to order and so I have ordered but yet to have any updates. Open reach sprayed markings outside my house a few weeks ago but nothing happened since. Any advise? Have we been forgotten about....

The fact that they've sprayed markings outside your house is encouraging.
The 10 houses that don't currently have fibre may be served from a different distributiion point (DP) and there isn't enough capacity on the DP for the other houses to connect you to that.  E.g., in some cases one part of a street can be served by an overhead connection on a pole and another part served by underground cables.
In my case, once they surveyed they found an underground duct was blocked and so a hole had to be dug.  It took several weeks from the Openreach survey before a man from the civil engineering dept. came to dig the hole.
