White router woes

New router last week. The new white one. Got a problem though, our previous router allowed us to split channels 2.5ghz  and 5ghz, that sound right? 

We have two security cameras and a smart fridge freezer that operate on the 2.5 channel. I cannot find out how on the new router to do this.
