White router issues?

Anybody change from black to white router and have issues with streaming tv?  Constantly says wait for program to load or hops about the menu Chanel's like ch, ch5 itv. Only happened since recently receiving the white box. Was perfect this past year on previous box. Also WiFi dropping. Daily! says all services good. Rebooted numerous times and now constantly jumping through top pics etc

Unfortunately don't have it as it had to be sent back, reset white which resolved for a while but then picture started freezing again a few hours later
