I'm having internet and WiFi issues

ive gone to the checker and it's says all good (which it isn't) and it also says I have no connected devices which isn't trye

i have at least 10

so I'm totally confused about what to do bext

nothing device wise is connecting but the service checker says there's no issue

I'm having the exact same issue and the website is no help! Hopefully we can get some answers as I can't work from home otherwise.
