White light, no connection

We have had no connection from our Wi-Fi hub since early hours of this morning. And the Wi-Fi isn't coming up as an option to join on our devices. All wireless devices are disconnected from the Wi-Fi.

We have the same problem and from reading on here is do lots of other people- we only installed our hub last night so not a great start!

@Caitlin2105  & @Charthom22  Can you please factory reset the max router by holding down the WPS button till the light colour changes and see if the Wi-Fi SSID comes back and enables you to join again.

It's now working! No idea if it was the reset or not but for now it is working again
