which Sky broadband is the best - why is the ultra fast cheaper than the one the less speed? https://www.sky.com/broadband/buy

It is down to older technology. The same happened when ADSL and the same is happening to superfast broadband in favour of Ultrafast broadband.

If Ultrafast is available at the address, provisioning would use FTTP even if you ordered a Superfast speed band.

I don't know what FTTP is? Which is best? I don't know why ultrafast is better but cheaper

If they are being offered at the same price, there's no reason not to opt for Ultrafast unless the out of contract cost would be a concern in two years time.
