Where’s my connection

Dear Sky, I'm NOT happy as I ordered to be set up in my new home last week to start yesterday. I work from home, so this is impacting me. I need to have this service ASAP! 

please please help!!

No-one here can tell you that, and unfortunately posting at this time on a Friday means nothing is going to happen until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest.  The broadband discussed in this forum is a domestic service and so while there's no bar on using it for WFH there's no additional support or improved timescale.
