Where do I request additional Sky Max boosters/pods?

I have just had a Sky Max WiFi Router installed, and was told at the time of order that I could request addition booster pods (I received one with the router). My WiFi signal upstairs in not good, and I'd like to request an addition pod, but can't find where to place that request.

@Pete-adept the process cannotbbe done online. You nedd to talk to Sky who will probably arrange for an engineer to visit whi can authorise up to more pods. To help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I need an additional pod. I have 1 which has been connected with an ethernet cable yesterday but need one for the bedroom. Sky chat tells me I need an engineer to come and fit it. I dont need another visit from an engineer I just need a pod to plug in. Anyway I can get another pod without having yet another engineer visit. 

Nothing but problems since we had Sky Max installed!

Sky does send an engineer visit when a second or third one is to be installed so it is unlikely they will let you install it yourself but you could try calling them to see what they say.
