When writing in microsoft word it continual stops and does not save.

Since getting full fibre, I have struggled to use Microsoft Word without it freezing and not saving often.

@Jaki60 if your issue is with one app the problem is likely to be with thecapp's set up on your device but check the auto save function of MS Word  is properly configured.

 

However if the device is losing connection which affects all connected activity the most likely cause is a poor network connection to the hub which is very common if you are using WiFi as improving connection speeds to the hub wont improve a dodgy WiFi connection in your home. Adding a WiFi extender can help see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

 

However if all devices are losing connection then it could be an issue with your fibre broadband connection. The lights on your Sky hub will show that.

Online word editors (Microsoft and Google) can be temperamental with auto saves.

 

You can check that your operating system and browser is up to date, try a different browser see if you still get the same problems.

 

Disable any ad-blockers
