When will my internet be active

Hi 

I am currently having to pay two bills one for yourself for my tv but also paying virgin for my current package with them as I haven't had my internet installed by yourselfs yet, this is something that is causing me extra costs and also my tv is not running properly which I am hoping with be resolved with your internet being installed. Since signing up to yourself my installation has been cancelled twice as I said I am now paying two bills
